My story
I know what you're comparing Idaho to, because I've lived there.

In 2016 my family landed in Idaho, and it stuck. We chose the Treasure Valley on purpose and we chose Star on purpose: enough room to breathe, close enough to Boise to work and fly, and a town that still feels like a town. Having compared it to nine other places, I can tell you honestly how much Idaho rocks — and where it has trade-offs you should know about before you sign.
That's the practical value I bring to a relocation. I'm not just handing you a school map and a list of subdivisions. I can tell you how a Star winter compares to a Washington winter, what the drive to downtown Boise really feels like at 7:40 a.m., and which parts of “moving to Idaho” catch people off guard.
